Had a pretty good experience with an iPhone today
I recently lost my iPhone 3gs and finally got around to purchasing a replacement. So anyway it arrived in the mail and I plugged it into my computer. One of the options that pops up on the screen “An iPhone has been previously synced with this computer.” Set up a new iPhone or Restore from the backup
Yes, thank you “restore” - took ages but everything was restored and it was like I never lost the phone in the first place. I just had to re-enter some e-mail passwords but everything else was great.
Sometimes it is nice when technology just works.
